ACT Expo 2026 wrapped this week in Las Vegas, and Wayne AI made its first show-floor appearance — six days after general availability and right alongside the trucks Wayne was built to run on. We were guests of Horizon Motors at Booth 1443 in the West Hall, and the message we walked in with held up under three days of fleet operators kicking the tires.
The pitch in one sentence: Wayne is the most experienced person in the yard, and he speaks every powertrain — diesel, electric, hydrogen, hybrid — without needing three logins to do it.
What we showed
Three demos ran on loop at the booth, and we ran each one live for anyone who wanted to ask Wayne their own questions:
- Plain-English Q&A across the fleet. "Which trucks are at risk of brake failure this week?" "What's the average state-of-charge on the EV fleet at 5 p.m.?" "Which vehicles need a DPF regen this run?" Wayne answers from live CAN-bus telemetry — not a generic large-language-model best guess — and shows its work.
- One console for diesel, EV, hydrogen, and hybrid. Most fleet AI was built for one powertrain and bolted on the others later. Wayne was built for the depot that runs all of them, which is what every commercial fleet looks like in 2026 and beyond.
- Compliance reporting that runs itself. CARB HVIP, FSMA Sanitary Transport, FMCSA Hours-of-Service — all generated from the same live data Wayne reasons over conversationally. No third-party tool, no quarterly batch process, no manual spreadsheet stitching.
The loop you missed
The visual loop that ran at the booth — the one that pulled people in from the aisle — is the same self-contained presentation we ran on the booth screens. We've put it online so anyone who couldn't make it to West Hall can watch it on their own time.

If you stopped by Booth 1443, thanks for the conversation. If you didn't, the offer stands: we'll set up a Wayne AI walkthrough on a real, deployed fleet — yours or one of ours — and you bring the questions.
- Read more about Wayne AI — what it does, what it costs, what platform it ships on
- FC-501 industrial gateway — the platform Wayne ships standard on
- Book a Wayne walkthrough — same demo we ran in Vegas, on your schedule
See you at the next show.
