The problem with BMS-only monitoring

Building Management Systems read the sensors the HVAC installer wires up — typically at the air-handler outlet and a thermostat per zone. What they don't see: actual conditions 30 feet from the thermostat, humidity gradients across a large open space, or the slow creep of a failing variable-speed fan. Independent monitoring closes those gaps.

Supply/return air at AHUs — paired NEO-1P probes characterize delta-T and coil performance.
Problem zones — any area with documented complaints gets dedicated NEO-1D for continuous record.
Outdoor reference — one NEO-IND in a weather-sheltered outdoor location for reference ambient.

Integration with facility management

iMatrix Cloud exposes a REST API. Facility management platforms (like IBM TRIRIGA, Accruent, or custom-built BMS) can pull temperature history and alerts into existing dashboards. For operators without a BMS, iMatrix Cloud dashboards are the monitoring system.
