Continuous monitoring of zone temperatures, humidity, and air-handler output — so you can validate that your HVAC is doing what the design said it would, catch equipment failures before the tenants complain, and prove performance during commissioning.
Building Management Systems read the sensors the HVAC installer wires up — typically at the air-handler outlet and a thermostat per zone. What they don't see: actual conditions 30 feet from the thermostat, humidity gradients across a large open space, or the slow creep of a failing variable-speed fan. Independent monitoring closes those gaps.
iMatrix Cloud exposes a REST API. Facility management platforms (like IBM TRIRIGA, Accruent, or custom-built BMS) can pull temperature history and alerts into existing dashboards. For operators without a BMS, iMatrix Cloud dashboards are the monitoring system.
