What if readings aren't accurate?

Calibrate via the mobile app — note the current reading, then enter a known value (e.g., ice water = 32°F) in the second field.

How do I check accuracy?

Use a 50/50 ice/water mixture at 32°F (0°C). The probe reading should match within specified tolerance.

How do I add a sensor to my account?

Scan the QR code on the sensor back or add it by serial number. Guest mode is also supported.

Is it safe to fully submerge?

Only the extension probe may be placed in liquids. The sensor body itself should NOT be submerged.

How often does the sensor take readings?

Adjustable from seconds to once per day. More frequent readings drain battery faster.

Can I still access data wirelessly?

Yes. The sensor transmits via Bluetooth to a gateway and uploads to iMatrix Cloud.
