What humidity levels can NEO-1D detect?

0% to nearly 100% RH. Accuracy decreases as you approach 100%. For condensing environments pair with the Neo-1P external probe.

How do I view data?

Three ways: read current values directly off the e-ink display, view historical graphs in the iMatrix Cloud web portal, or open the mobile app.

Is it safe to place in liquids?

The casing protects against high humidity, but the sensor body cannot be fully submerged. For immersion applications use the Neo-1P probe-extension variant.

Can I set reading cadence?

Yes — in iMatrix Cloud you can configure reading intervals from seconds to once per day. More frequent readings shorten battery life.
