Cal-Tek is iMatrix's ISO 17025-accredited calibration partner. Recertification turnaround is approximately 2 weeks from receipt. Include the sensor serial number(s) and your iMatrix account or order number on the packing slip so we can match them to your cloud account.
NIST-RECERT-01NIST Recertification Service — per sensor
Multi-point ISO 17025-traceable recertification for any iMatrix Neo-family sensor. Includes a fresh signed NIST certificate archived to iMatrix Cloud and return shipping of your sensor.

🔧 How to return your sensors for recertification
  1. Buy NIST Recertification (NIST-RECERT-01) — one per sensor. You pay $77.00 per sensor + $9.99 shipping & handling.
  2. Power down each sensor and pack it securely with padding to prevent damage in transit.
  3. Enclose a packing slip listing every sensor serial number and your iMatrix account or order number.
  4. Ship the package to the Cal-Tek address above. The $9.99 shipping & handling covers return shipping of your recertified sensors.
  5. Cal-Tek recertifies each sensor at our ISO 17025-accredited lab and issues a fresh NIST-traceable certificate; we archive it in iMatrix Cloud under the serial number. Typical turnaround is ~2 weeks from receipt.
