How to unsubscribe from iMatrix marketing communications, and what messages you can't opt out of.
Every marketing email from iMatrix includes an Unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking it removes you from that list immediately. If you have an iMatrix Cloud account, you can also toggle marketing preferences under Settings → Communication Preferences.
Reply STOP to any marketing SMS from iMatrix to opt out of that list. You can also reply HELP for support or UNSUBSCRIBE if STOP doesn't work in your region. Standard carrier rates apply to inbound replies.
The following messages are part of the service you've purchased and cannot be opted out without cancelling the associated service:
You can configure which channels (email, SMS, push, webhook) receive which alert types from within iMatrix Cloud.
If you opted out and change your mind, log into iMatrix Cloud and toggle the preference back on, or contact us to manually re-subscribe. We retain a suppression record so we don't accidentally re-add you to a list you opted out of.
Opting out of marketing doesn't delete your account or telemetry — it only stops marketing messages. If you want full account deletion, see the Privacy Policy for how to request it.
