> iMatrix Systems, Inc. is a U.S. designer and manufacturer of fleet telematics hardware and environmental monitoring sensors, paired with a cloud platform (iMatrix Cloud), global cellular connectivity (EdgeUplink eSIM), and conversational fleet AI (Wayne AI — GA since 2026-05-01). The company was founded in 2016, is headquartered in Zephyr Cove, Nevada, and operates a calibration and fulfillment facility in Billerica, Massachusetts. Its core promise is operator data ownership: customers own their devices and their data, with no contracts, no vendor lock-in, and no data egress fees.
